According to the National Organization for Women, 17% of pregnant women have reported being battered.

If you or your children are in danger, or you need guidance for any other issue, your first call can be to the new national emergency assistance hotline by simply dialing 211. You can also call Chrysalis, a local organization that assists women in crisis. You can drop in, or call. You are not alone.
